G.S. Kelsey Ltd added to its award cabinet last week after picking up two more commendations at the 2016 South Yorkshire and Humber Local Authority Building Control Awards.
Nominations for our Rehabilitation Centre at Sir John Mason House in Winterton and our 11nr Dwelling Housing Development at Murfin Court, Cleethorpes were highly commended by the judges.
We would like to extend our thanks to North Lincolnshire Council Property Services department and Ross Davy Associates who provided the design input for Sir John Mason House and Murfin Court respectively. Judges were impressed by their collaborative work ethic with our own contract team and the local authority building inspectors.
We’d also like to thank Ben Radley and Helena Kirk at Shoreline Housing Partnership for giving us the opportunity to work with Shoreline at Murfin Court and for their contributions on site during the construction phase. Special thanks ought to go to Gaynor McCarthy Smith of DBA Management who fulfilled a project management role, ensuring the smooth completion of the project on time and within budget.
The awards evening was enjoyed by the project team members and the photographs below show the awards been collected. G S Kelsey Ltd look forward to completing award worthy projects in 2016 ready for entry into the awards in May 2017!!
